3.6x average ROAS across Meta and Google
334% increase in social followers and email database
8 store launches powered mainly by Meta ads
Their problem
Zambrero NZ had the brand and the stores, but online sales sat at $32,000, tiny for a multi-store chain. There was no creative strategy beyond brand posts, no structured funnel, and no way to separate the cost of winning a new customer from the cost of bringing back an existing one. Attention wasn't being turned into an audience they owned.
Our solution
We built a creative sourcing engine and a funnel that could measure it.
Borrowed trust at scale. Whitelisting campaigns with influencers meant ads ran from faces people already followed, not just the brand page. We layered in UGC and partner ads so the creative mix stayed fresh and credible instead of fatiguing.
Tested creative inside a real funnel. Ran dedicated test campaigns, then a top, middle and bottom of funnel structure so we knew exactly what the new customer acquisition cost versus remarketing returns. Winners moved up, losers got cut.
Promo cycles built for repeat purchase. Offers switched on and off every other fortnight. Scarcity drove action without training customers to wait for a permanent discount.
Captured the audience. Lead generation campaigns banked emails, then we remarketed tailored deals to people who had already raised their hand.
Search where no one was looking. Built paid search around niche keywords that no other Mexican food brand was bidding on. Cheap clicks, high intent, performance reaching up to 15x ROAS on those terms.
The results
Online sales grew from $32,000 to over $199,000 in 12 months, a 6x lift at 3.6x average ROAS across both channels.
334% growth in social followers and the email database. An owned audience that keeps paying after the ad spend stops.
The same creative playbook launched 8 new stores, building local demand before each opening.
"Before engaging with Osqa we lacked a clear strategy for converting and attracting customers to our site. With their help, we developed a strategy that took us from $32k to just over $199k in the first year. It's been an absolute asset having Osqa on board." Joshua Flack, General Manager, Zambrero NZ
